Last updated: 1 June 2026 · Effective: 1 June 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SLP Craft. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SLP Craft ("the Service", "SLP Craft", "we", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SLP Craft.
2. Description of Service
SLP Craft is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Digital EFX ("Company", "we", "us"). It is an AI-assisted legal drafting-assistance tool only, helping advocates, Advocates-on-Record (AORs), and law firms generate Special Leave Petition (SLP) drafts for the Supreme Court of India. SLP Craft is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation — see Section 8 below.
The Service provides:
- ·AI-generated SLP draft documents based on uploaded court orders and case documents
- ·OCR processing of scanned PDFs in Indian languages
- ·Automatic generation of a voluntary AI Disclosure Note (Annexure I)
- ·HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) review workflow
- ·AI Transparency Reports
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by:
- ·Advocates enrolled with any State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India
- ·Advocates-on-Record (AORs) enrolled with the Supreme Court of India
- ·Law firms employing the above
- ·Legal professionals using the Service for legitimate legal drafting purposes
By using the Service, you represent that you are a qualified legal professional with the authority to handle the court documents you upload.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information updated.
One account may not be shared among multiple individuals beyond the user limit of your subscription plan.
5. Credits & Billing
Credits: The Service operates on a credit system. One credit generates one complete SLP package (all sections + Annexure I + Transparency Report). Credits are plan-based and may be supplemented with top-up purchases.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Refunds: Credits consumed for completed generation jobs are non-refundable. Credits from failed jobs (no output produced) are automatically reinstated. Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months on Professional and Firm plans. No refund is issued upon account termination for unused credits.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice by email and in-app notification.

8. Nature of AI Output — Critical Disclaimer
The AI-generated SLP drafts are ADVISORY DRAFTS ONLY and do not constitute legal advice.
Every generated document must be independently reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified Advocate-on-Record or Senior Advocate before it is filed in any court. The supervising advocate bears full professional and legal responsibility for the contents of any document filed.
Uncertain fields are highlighted in yellow in the DOCX — these fields require mandatory human review and verification before use.
SLP Craft makes no warranty that generated drafts are complete, accurate, legally sufficient, or suitable for any specific case. The AI system may produce errors, omissions, or factually incorrect content.
By completing the HITL checklist, you certify that you have reviewed and accept professional responsibility for the AI-generated content.
User Responsibility and Disclaimers. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge that:
- ·Outputs are AI-generated drafts and may contain errors or omissions;
- ·Outputs must be independently reviewed and settled by a qualified legal professional before filing;
- ·Digital EFX assumes no responsibility for the legal accuracy, sufficiency, or outcome of any document generated; and
- ·The platform is a drafting-assistance tool only, and does not constitute the practice of law.
9. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all rights to the court documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process those documents solely for the purpose of generating your SLP draft.
Generated outputs: The generated SLP DOCX, Annexure I, and AI Transparency Reports are provided to you for your professional use. You own the output of your generation job.
Platform IP: The SLP Craft platform, software, knowledge base, prompts, pipeline, branding, and all other platform components are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

You may close your account at any time from Settings. On account closure, your data is deleted per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
